Black Rock Dam

I was just at the damn on Sunday afternoon and right by the bridge on the ramp side , there are 2 tree branches just below the surface . One you could just bearly see a branch sticking out of the water on the side closest to the shore and on the other underpass , there was a 4" log sticking up about 3 inches above the water . I slammed the bottom o the hull with is , but i did not see any new damage . I dont know how long they will be hung up there , hopefully they break loose and float down stream .

Just a heads up if anyone heads out there any time soon

thanks for the heads up... I've never ridden the river, prolly never will, just for this reason. We were at Blue MArsh on Saturday, and there was a decent amount of small to medium branches floating, had to kinda keep an eye open, but at least up there its deep enough that you don't have to worry about hitting a tree that has nestled on the bottom...
