GOOD LUCK and BE SAFE on your trip everyone. At the same time, have a blast. Hope the weather holds out for ya. I wish I was going, but this isn't much of a riding season for me. I'm lucky if my ski and I saw 2 hours of water so far this season. Maybe the second half will be better. Once again good luck and be safe.

Jen and I are heading to Maryland this Saturday to ride. We plan to put in at the Casa Rio Marina(at around 10:00am) on the Rhode River and head across to Annapolis to have lunch. Walk around the town and then spend a couple of hours heading back.

Hello everyone, I hope things went well at the BEER & BEEF fundraiser today ! I worked til 9 PM tonight @ work & need to go in a half a day tomorrow & next Saturday 28th is a 10 hr day . We are doing floors in the whole facility !

I have an idea for raising money at the beef and beer. I am thinking of having 10 gift baskets, a jar in front of each one, and then selling raffle tickets. I want each basket to have a theme. I know alot of the guys probably arent too intersted in making the baskets but I would make them if you give me the prizes! Here is what I am thinking as far as themes:

Spa Basket (I claim this one!)

Sports basket- phillies tickets/t-shirts?

Wine/Liquor basket- have any old bottles ...

I was just at the damn on Sunday afternoon and right by the bridge on the ramp side , there are 2 tree branches just below the surface . One you could just bearly see a branch sticking out of the water on the side closest to the shore and on the other underpass , there was a 4" log sticking up about 3 inches above the water . I slammed the bottom o the hull with is , but i did not see any new damage . I dont know how long they will be hung up there , hopefully they break loose and float ...
