I can't believe I figured out how to post, yee-haw! It was good meeting some of you at the meeting, and good to see some old friends here

It's Beef and Beer time, and we are working hard to raise that $5000 for the Family and Friends of the Freedom Fund, Inc.

What we are asking for/need for the Beef and Beer:

Sound Equipment (Scott may have a lead, Thanks Scott!)

Some helping hands prior to the event (we can get in at 5 pm) and someone to handle the raffle station

Goods and Services for the Raffle Baskets (see Dana's post! And go Dora!)

Baskets or other whatnots to put the goods in (have any old baskets in your closet?!)

Baked goods for deserts

Snack trays such as veggies, etc

Small cups (roughly 4 oz, dixie style kind of plastic/paper cups, that sort of thing) for the beer tasting (Cheers to Viv for recruiting some beer suppliers!)

Ticket Sales, Ticket Sales, Ticket Sales $25 includes pasta, salad, beef, beer, soda, and music! I have window flyers if you'd like to post them in your area. If you'd like the flyer, let me know and I'll email it to you.
