Gift baskets for raffle

HI guys,

I have an idea for raising money at the beef and beer. I am thinking of having 10 gift baskets, a jar in front of each one, and then selling raffle tickets. I want each basket to have a theme. I know alot of the guys probably arent too intersted in making the baskets but I would make them if you give me the prizes! Here is what I am thinking as far as themes:

Spa Basket (I claim this one!)
Sports basket- phillies tickets/t-shirts?
Wine/Liquor basket- have any old bottles laying around that you dont use?? couple of wine glasses?
Candle basket- any gifts that you were given?
Kitchen basket- odds and ends from around the kichen that were never used?
Mardi Gra Basket (mikey im thinking some light up beads/margatira mix!)
Gift card basket - maybe you have some gift cards in your wallet...$20 to applebee's or something?
Movie night basket- old movies never watched with a blanket and popcorn!

Anything you can think of to put in a basket we can create a theme for....any tools never used? Smile

you catch my drift river runners?!?! go look around your house for items unused and something you are willing to part with Smile

give me some feedback please! i think this would be a fun and easy way to make some $$$$ alien

Hey Dana,
I have a chocolate basket all ready to go. I just found out that I won that today at another fundraiser. It's from Zwahlen's, a local chocolatier located in West Norriton.
I also have a pair of mint mojito soy candles in a gift container for the candle basket.
Hope we get more in the next few weeks! Time is growing short!
